This petition is filed for relaxation to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.876 of 2022 dated 13.05.2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sulur.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sulur is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
4. All other conditions remain unaltered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
