This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.10432 of 2022 on 07.06.2022 to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
