This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.19157 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23299 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended till 18.09.2023 for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
