Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass necessary orders regarding the petitioner's document temporary number TP/104714616/2021 dated 27.08.2021 (Pre-Registration Serial No.3 [D603] is concern. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass necessary orders regarding the petitioner's document temporary number TP/104714616/2021 dated 27.08.2021 (Pre-Registration Serial No.3 [D603] is concerned.

2. The petitioner presented document, namely Guarantee Withdrawal Deed for registration before the second respondent and it is pending for registration from 27.08.2001 in Temporary No.TP/104714616/2021. Though the petitioner had sent representations dated 24.08.2021 and 01.09.2021, the second respondent simply kept the document neither registering nor returning the same.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders either to accept or reject the Temporary No.TP/104714616/2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and after giving opportunity of hearing to him, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
