For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants 2 and 3 from taking any action for suspending or removing the plaintiffs from the membership of the 1st defendant Club, consequently allowing the plaintiffs to enjoy the facilities of the 1st defendant Club without any hindrance from the 2nd and 3rd defendants.

For a permanent injunction restraining the 2nd and 3rd defendants from contesting in the election for office bearers to the 1st defendant Club, which falls due in April 2014, as per Rule 18(e) of the ByeLaw of the 1st defendant. c. JUDGMENT

The plaintiff has not come forward to record the evidence inspite of several hearings, even though the defendants were already set ex-parte. Even today, the plaintiff is absent, whereas the learned counsel on record for the
