This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No:27 of 2009 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and third respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Respondents produced G.O.(Ms).No.442 Home (Police XIII Department) dated 07.05.2010 issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu in exercise of powers u/s.6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act transferring the case in Cr.No.27/09 on the file of District Crime Branch, Coimbatore, to the file of CBI pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.809 of 2010 and 25860 of 2009 dated 23.03.2009.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
