O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners represented that the issues raised in the writ petition did not survive for further adjudication in this matter. He further submits that the respondent may be directed to issue copy of re-allotment order made to the parties.

2. Therefore it is left open to the petitioners to approach the authorities concerned and if any application is made by the them, the respondent authorities shall consider the same in accordance with law.

3. Hence the writ petition is dismissed as become infructuous.. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
