ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the the first respondent to forthwith pass final Order on the charge memo dated 02.08.2006 issued against the petitioner.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that at the verge of retirement, the petitioner was suspended on 25.01.2018 and not permitted to retire on 31.01.2018 by the second respondent. A charge memo was issued to the petitioner on 02.08.2006 and enquiry officer has also given his finding in this regard and the petitioner has also submitted his explanation in the year 2018 itself. However, no final Order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, seeks a direction to the first respondent to pass the final Order in the proceedings initiated against the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the final Orders will be passed within a period of one month.

4. In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to pass final Order on the charge memo issued against the petitioner on 02.08.2006 on its own merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
