Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to conduct an enquiry and cancel the registration of forged Release Deed Doc.No.3170 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 on the file of the 4th Respondent and further direct him to launch the criminal prosecution as per Section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 and Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 20.10.2017 issued by the 1st Respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry and cancel the registration of forged Release Deed Doc.No.3170 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 on the file of the 4th respondent and further direct him to launch the criminal prosecution as per Section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 and Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 20.10.2017 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. While pending the writ petition, the 3rd respondent conducted enquiry and passed order in Na.Ka.No.4472/E3/2021 dated 29.11.2021, thereby cancelled the Release Deed Doc.No.3170 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 executed in favour of the 7th respondent and also directed the authority concerned to take appropriate action.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
