ORDER

This revision seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.53 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Rasipuram.

2. I called for a report from the learned District Munsif, Rasipuram, Namakkal District on 14.10.2024.

3. The learned District Munsif has sent a report stating that the Judicial Officer, in charge, has gone on maternity leave till 09.06.2025 and the learned Principal District Munsif at Namakkal is in full additional charge of the District Munsif, Rasipuram.

4. Taking into consideration the situation that is prevailing at Rasipuram, I am inclined to grant nine months time to the learned District Munsif to dispose of O.S.No.53 of 2022 which is said to be at the stage of trial.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
