The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondents to permit export of Metal Powder of 285.61 mts. covered by Shipping Bill No.2396528 dated 24.01.2018.

3. The petitioner seeks for exporting Metal Powder of 285.61 mts. covered by Shipping Bill No.2396528 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

24.01.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request has not been considered by the respondents so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents, more particularly, the second respondent to consider such claim and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner, based on their Shipping Bill No.2396528 dated 24.0.12018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
