This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15295 of 2022 on 13.07.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 pm., until further orders.
