ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 12/2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that FIR has been registered only in the year 2018 and that the viscera report has not yet been received by the police, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously complete the investigation and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
