Respondent PRAYER:This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 483(1)(b) of BNSS/439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one blood surety for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned XXI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4559 of 2025, dated 28.05.2025 in Crime No.591 of 2025.

O R D E R
The petitioner was granted bail by the trial Court on 28.05.2025, with the condition that he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one blood relative as surety for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the Court.
2. The petitioner submits that he does not have any blood relatives to stand as surety. His parents are no more, he has no siblings, and his wife has left him long ago. The petitioner is, therefore, apprehensive as he is unable to furnish a blood relative as surety and hence seeks modification of the condition.
3. It is seen that the bail was granted on 28.05.2025, and nearly two months have passed. The petitioner is still in custody, unable to fulfill the condition, which confirms the difficulty in complying with the original order.
4. In view of the same, the condition requiring a blood relative as surety is modified to permit any surety.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
