O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioner in Roll No:20369177 in order to appear for the supplementary examination 2025 for the subject biology theory paper (subject code 044) to be conducted by the CBSE.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
