This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 14.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18352 of 2022 that the petitioners shall execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem.
