When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a case is pending investigation in Crime No.1 of 2024 that a fake certificate in the name of the petitioner was recovered and that the petitioner is wanted for enquiry, though, he is not an accused and hence, he may be directed to co-operate with the investigation and his apprehension of arrest is unfounded.
2.Taking into consideration the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for a period of one week from 07.07.2025 to 16.07.2025 at 10.30 a.m.
3.The respondent shall not arrest the petitioner until the conclusion of the enquiry. In the event of the respondent adding the petitioner as an accused, the respondent shall inform the petitioner accordingly. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is ordered, accordingly. 26.06.2025 vv2 To Page No.2 of 4
