ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2024 by taking appropriate action over the irregularities in treating candidates recommended from the Employment Exchange and also take action with respect to allotment of less marks to the petitioner during the exam conducted for the recruitment of Village Assistant for the Melmalayanur Taluk during the year 2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name was among the one forwarded by the Department of Employment an Training for the recruitment test of Village Assistant. Subsequently, on 25.11.2022, the petitioner got a letter from the third respondent for the entrance exam for the post of Village Assistant. However, during the examination, the third respondent did not follow the procedure established by law and there were several illegalities in giving marks to the petitioners with an intention to provide advantage to other candidates. petitioner made a representation dated 01.05.2024 to the first respondent seeking appropriate action. However, till date no action has been taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3. Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner was not a selected candidate for the post of Village Assistant and hence, the representation of the petitioner has not been disposed of.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without influencing the observations made by this Court.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
