ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.06.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent has fixed a date for enquiry on 04.01.2021 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the 4th respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
