This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.923 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to any other officer under the supervision of the first respondent and conduct proper investigation within the stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.923 of 2020 has been

completed and final report has been filed in S.T.C.No.646 of 2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Mettur. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
