ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to remove the construction in the pathway obstructing the entry of the petitioner company and restore to its original position. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken into consideration, the learned counsel for the first respondent placed a letter in R.C.No.438/LND/CMRL/2019 dated 19.01.2022 stating that a meeting was convened on 22.07.2021 between the petitioner and the official respondents and an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that this writ petition may be closed in terms of the above said letter dated 19.01.2022.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the amicable understanding letter dated 19.01.2022, this Court is of the view that no further order is required. In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The above letter dated 19.01.2022 shall form part and parcel 2/4

of this order.
