This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to change the investigating officer in respect of the pending complaint in CSR.No. 145/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruaipakkam Police Station, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that even a regular FIR has not been registered in this case and a petition enquiry is pending in CSR. No.145 of 2018 and therefore, there cannot be a transfer of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
a CSR enquiry. Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the police to complete the enquiry in CSR. No. 145 of 2018 expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
