ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that no case has been registered as against the petitioner and as such, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the respondent Police.
