This application has been filed to bring on record the respondents 11 to 13, viz., (i) Mrs.Roopa Shirish Kustagi (ii) Mrs. Ambati Radhika and (iii) Mr.M.Hari Kishore, being the legal heirs of deceased 5th defendant Srivalli alias Suneetha as proposed defendants 14 to 16 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in these affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and post the suit on 27.11.2024.
