This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to secure the accused persons and also to seize the accused tractor involved in crime No.90/2018 on the file of the respondent police.

In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Joginder Kumar Vs State of U.P. and Others reported in AIR 1994 SC 1349, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and this petition is dismissed.
