ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the property documents which were placed as security to the loan in loan A/C 87-11565.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he obtained loan from Punjab National Bank for Rs.15,00,000/- and he opted OTS scheme offered by the Bank for repayment. The original documents were not returned to the petitioner even after the loan amount was repaid. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that documents have been returned and the matter has become Infructuous.

4. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
