This Petition is filed to bring on record the Respondents 3 and 4 herein as legal representatives of deceased First respondent in the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal and rank them as Respondents 3 and 4 in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. In this regard, the learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo dated 17.07.2019.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the memo and the petition in C.M.P.No.15473 of 2019 stand ordered.
