JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo on 18.07.2018 stating that the matter has been settled between the parties, but, subsequently, the respondent died in the year 2002 and the appellant also died on 27.02.2012. He also stated that the second appeal need not be pursued. The memo recorded. Since, already, time is expired for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased parties, the appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
