The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.5539 of 2024 dated 07.3.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the affidavit of the respondent was filed. KP 7.It is submitted that after completion of detailed investigation on 05.10.2023, the then Inspector of Police have filed the charge sheet against the accused persons A1 & A2 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam and the same is yet to be taken on file. E-fling No.LTN20220001961C202400192 dated 28.08.2024. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, to act upon the police report filed by the respondent in Crime No.28 of 2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
