This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this court dated 31.10.2019 in WP.No.30704 of 2019.

2. Today, this case was listed under the captioned, 'for reporting compliance'. When the case was taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He also produced a G.O.(D).No.289, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E-4) Department dated 04.11.2022 to that effect.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also stated that the order has been complied with.
