ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground in consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.08.2021 in reconsideration of the proceedings of the second respondent in Ni.Mu.No.6266/Aa1/2019, dated 26.11.2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The case of the writ petitioner is that the father of the petitioner expired on 13.09.2020 and he gave an application seeking for appointment on compassionate ground and the second respondent rejected the representation of the petitioner on 26.11.2020 and as against the rejection Order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner filed an appeal 2/5

before the first respondent to review the Order passed by the second respondent. However, the appeal has not been decided so far. Hence, seeks direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within the time limit fixed by this Court.

3. In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass Orders on its own merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 14.07.2023 Index:Yes/No vrc 3/5
