This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by not complying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17127 of 2021 dated 18.03.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and an order has been passed on 18.09.2024 and the same was sent through post to the petitioner and the petitioner has also acknowledged it on 21.09.2024. In support of the same, a memo of compliance has also been filed before this Court.
