Considering the limited relief sought for in the Revision, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.161 of 2015.

3. It is seen from the 'B' Diary extract that has been enclosed that several Interlocutory Applications are pending and in some of them, the petitioner / plaintiff has not paid batta. Therefore, I do not think that a direction to dispose of the suit could be issued at this point of time.

4. However, considering the fact that the suit is pending for more than six years and the Interlocutory applications for impleading are pending for more than three years, the trial Court viz., the District Munsif, Attur is directed to dispose of the Interlocutory applications in I.A.No.175 of 2018, I.A.No.176 of 2018 and I.A.No.853 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
