It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by the petitioner in CSR No.303 of 2020 has been closed after enquiring both the parties. 2.In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in this criminal original petition. Resultantly, the criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the defacto-complaint for proceeding further.
