ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the respondent to pay terminal benefits such as Gratuity, Provident Fund and Leave Salary with interest to the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was working as

Conductor, in the respondent Corporation and retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2026. The respondent has not settled the Gratuity, Provident Fund and Leave Salary to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.05.2026 to the respondent to pay the terminal benefits of Gratuity, Provident Fund and Leave Salary along with interest. Since there is no response, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2026, seeking to pay terminal benefits of Gratuity, Provident Fund and Leave Salary with interest, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
