Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the order dated 26.04.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.2055 of 2019, on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur, enabling the petitioner to comply with the order.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner.
2.The petitioner was arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 05.04.2019 by the respondent police pursuant to the FIR registered for an offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 307 IPC r/w 3(1) of TNPPDL Act and 4 of Women Harassment Act.
3.The Court below after considering the facts and circumstances of the case, was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner by imposing certain conditions. The petitioner is aggrieved by one of the condition imposed by the Court below wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Rs.20,000/- to the credit of Crime No.148/2019. 4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed by the Court below is onerous and the Court ought not to have imposed such a condition insisting for cash deposit to the tune of Rs.20,000/-.
5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there are three accused persons in this case and the Court below took into consideration the damages caused by the petitioner at the time of commission of the offence.
6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- instead of Rs.20,000/- as directed by the Court below, in Crime No.148/2019. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is. 7.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
