Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the nativity certificate dated 05.11.2019 for nativity purpose and permit the petitioner to attend the counselling for the seats under Government quota.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the nativity certificate dated 05.11.2019 for nativity purpose and permit the petitioner to attend the counseling for the seats under Government quota.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submitted that this petitioner was permitted in the counseling and he was also selected to the MBBS Course in the Madurai Medical College.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
