ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the above said order in Crl.O.P.No.11926 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025, the surety satisfaction court as "Judicial Magistrate No.II, Udumalpet" instead of "Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi".

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11926 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further 15 days time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12265 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.11926 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.
