The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has preferred an appeal against the order passed in the writ petition, in which, the petition seeking condonation of delay has been allowed.

2. When the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has already taken the appeal on file, it will not be appropriate for this Court to adjudicate the contempt petition.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the final outcome of the writ appeal.
