This petition has been filed seeking to amend the offences under Section as 309(6) of BNS instead of Section 123 of BNS, in order dated 28.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16101 of 2025.

2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
