This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.09.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the 4th respondent with respect to the subject property. 2.Mr.K.Parameswaran, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent has called the parties for an enquiry on 28.12.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for enquriy, there shall be a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquriy after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
