ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to conduct the investigation and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf respondent Police submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur on 19.12.2020 and the same is yet to be taken on file.
