Respondents Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits including Gratuity, Annual benefits for Voluntary Retirement, EL surrender, IRT Fund, Deepavali Bonus and other monetary and pensionary benefits to the petitioner along with 18% interest from the date of Voluntary retirement of the petitioner i.e 20.09.2018 to the petitioner herein within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits including Gratuity, Annual benefits for Voluntary Retirement, EL surrender, IRT Fund, Deepavali Bonus and other monetary and pensionary benefits to the petitioner along with 18% interest from the date of Voluntary retirement of the petitioner i.e 20.09.2018 to the petitioner herein within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court. 2.Today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents filed the details of the terminal benefits settled in favour of the petitioner by the respondent dated 11.11.2019, before this Court which reads as follows: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Necessary proposal has been already sent by the Respondent herein.
Thus the Respondent has paid all the terminal benefits as found entitled by the petitioner".
3. In view of above, the respondents are directed to pay the pension arrears for the month of October to December 2018 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
