(a) To take the report filed by her on record. (b)To permit the learned Official Liquidator to approve/sanction/restrict the amount claimed by Shri.K.Santhosh Kumar, E.A. at a sum of Rs.35,021/- as detailed in paragraph no.12 of the report and other incidental expenses.

(c) To permit the Official Liquidator to meet the said amount of Rs.35,021/- from the funds of the company in liquidation.
