ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to pass an order based on the representation dated 22.04.2025 to take necessary Departmental action against the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against the 4th and 6th respondents and such complaint is 2/6

yet to be considered by the respondents 1 and 2.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation accordance to its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. I have given my anxious consideration on either side submission.

5. In such view of the fair submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 and pass order after giving due notice to the 5th and 6th respondents in accordance with its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
