This application was omitted to be ordered on 15.11.2021 along with A.No.3992 of 2021.

2.These two applications were taken out for setting aside the abatement in bringing on record the LRs of the 1st plaintiff and also to implead the LRs. Whereas A.No.3992 of 2021 was allowed on 15.11.2021 and this application was omitted to be ordered.

3.This Court was also informed that the LRs of the 1st plaintiff ought to be impleaded as plaintiffs 17 to 21 whereas in the order dated 15.11.2021, they were directed to be added as plaintiffs 15 to 19. It is corrected now. The LRs of the 1 st plaintiff are now ordered to be impleaded as 17 to 21 plaintiffs.

4.The plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
