When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., on 17.03.2026, none represented the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the case on 23.03.2026 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
