Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents allowing to pay the petitioner exam fees and to allow the petitioner immediately to write the 3rd year diploma in Animation and VFX exam on 20.07.2024 as per the request letter dated 29.06.2024 in respect of the petitioner.

Ms.V.V.Uthra for Mr.K.J.Parthasarathy (in both writ petitions) COMMON ORDER Ms.Uthra, learned counsel, appearing for Mr.K.J.Parthasarathy, learned panel counsel, for the Bharathiyar University / R1,R2 states that the University has no objections in permitting the petitioners to appear for the forthcoming examinations and the hall tickets will also be uploaded today and has filed a memo to such effect, reading thus:- "W.P.No.20097 of 2024 It is stated as follows;
In the above writ petition, the petitioner namely Jeff Ashley Sanderson with Register No. 21ADAVN0008 has not enclosed his Bio Data hence, his hall ticket was not uploaded. It is stated that as per instructions received by email (copy enclosed) from university the petitioner will be permitted to write the examinations and his hall ticket will be uploaded before end of the day.
It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the above facts and pass suitable orders and thus render justice."
"W.P.No.20102 of 2024 It is stated as follows;
In the above writ petition, the petitioner namely Amal Begin with Register No. 21ADAVN0025 has not enclosed his Bio Data hence, his hall ticket was not uploaded. It is stated that as per instructions received by email (copy enclosed) from university the petitioner will be permitted to write the examinations and his hall ticket will be uploaded before end of the day.
It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the above facts and pass suitable orders and thus render justice."
