[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenue by name Sharmila aged 17 years daughter of the petitioner.

The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

The second respondent, who is the Inspector of Police,K1 Sembium Police Station has produced the detenue and she has been identified by the petitioner/ her mother. The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with her mother, the petitioner. Under the said circumstances, the relief sought in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petition has become infructuous.
