PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the respondent police to file final report with regard to complaint of the petitioner in FIR in Crime No.653 of 2018 dated 20.12.2013.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the Crime No.653 of 2018 and to file a final report within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 20.12.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
